Maywood Weblogs Administration with Typepad

Jeanie Stout and Mike Garofalo are the joint authors of this blog. 

The title of the Blog is Maywood Weblogs Administration. 

Jeanie and Mike are the Maywood Middle School blog administrators for the Typepad account "maywoodmiddleschool.typepad.com."

We will refer in our posts in this blog to two levels used when managing Typepad blogs:

First, "Admin Level" refers to functions, options, and features that only Jeanie and Mike can modify for individual blogs or across all blogs assigned to this Typepad account. 

Second, "Owner Level" refers to the ability of the owner of a specific blog to make posts or edit posts in the blog they own.  There is normally only one owner or author of a blog.  That person is responsible for the content on that blog.  Only that person can post to the blog they own.  Typically, one teacher is assigned as the owner and author of a specific blog.  Ownership is assigned by the two Admin Level persons. 

In this blog we will post comments on what we learn while using and administering these weblogs both as persons at the Admin Level and Owner Level. 

Any teacher at Maywood Middle School interested in having their own professional blog needs to talk with either Mike Garofalo (Phone 3110) or Jeanie Stout (Phone 3113).
